I was looking for something different, fun, engaging and challenging. Ended up trying Natus Vincere almost 6 years ago and have never looked back.
I love our WOD’s but what has kept me here for 6 years are the coaches and members. We have a friendly and welcoming environment. Coaches make (WOD’s) workouts approachable for people of all skill levels. We stay healthy, challenge ourselves, while having fun as a team.
Although I had been to a different CrossFit gym before, I was very nervous about joining a new gym. After my first class at Natus Vincere, I knew that my only regret was not joining this gym earlier. I cannot speak highly enough about this gym- from the great workouts to the close community of members and the coaches. The coaches genuinely care about each and every one of their members. Even though our membership is a diverse group of ability levels, the coaches make the gym feel like such a tightly knit community. I consider many of the coaches and other members to be close friends, and I always look forward to going to the gym every day. Personally, they have taught me that I’m much tougher than I ever imagined and pushed me further than I thought I could be pushed. With their guidance, encouragement, constant support and patience, they make it easy to accomplish my goals and set new ones. Whether you are new or experienced, you will love calling Natus Vincere your new home!
Prior to Natus Vincere I primarily did cardio. Running a couple half marathons a year, and one marathon in the past. I did some very minor lifting but could not stay consistent. I like coming here for the people, and the workouts being planned for me. It keeps me motivated and consistent knowing people I know are there and challenging workouts to conquer together.
There are days when I’m tired, or when I’m sore but I never once regret coming in for a workout. I love knowing I challenged myself, I love getting outside my comfort zone because that’s where progress happens. I may not be the strongest or fastest but there’s a community who supports you know matter what- on your good days and on your bad days.

You can upgrade or downgrade your Cross Training plan at any time at no additional charge. You can also cancel your plan at any time at no additional charge. You just need to pay the current month you are in if you already have not paid.
AM I TOO OUT OF SHAPE TO DO CROSS TRAINING?
No way! Everyone starts somewhere. At Cross Training Na'vi, we modify workouts for everyone's abilities to make sure you get a safe and effective workout.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Classes are roughly 1 hour long.
WHAT DOES A CLASS CONSIST OF?
Classes may be different every day. The usual class consists of a mobility/warm up, then a strength and/or gymnastic segment, finishing with a Wod (workout of the day) and cool down. Movement fundamentals are explained and practiced to make sure you have a grasp and good technique of what might be done that day.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I DO CROSS TRAINING?
Starting out, we wouldn't recommend more than 3 times per week. Depending on your ability and availability you can jump up to more days after 8-12 weeks.
